Kojima Pearl

This is a gorgeous and rare strand of, natural wild Scallop “Lion’s paw” pearls (Nodipecten Subnodosus) from Mexico. The pearls are all mostly baroque in shape, and creamy white in color with some evidence of the characteristic mosaic crystalline surface. There are delicately handmade 22K yellow gold beads used as spacers, and a 14K yellow gold ball clasp. This is a fantastic necklace for a collector of rare pearls. Necklace is 15½" long; weighs 12.4 grams; and all pearls range from 3.5-6.5 mm in size.
